This is an interesting forum thread in which a guy lays down his DRZ-400 S'moto under heavy braking. What really shocked me was how fast it had happened.
I've seen people say that they would be able to react in a crash, jump off the bike etc. but from looking at this I have my doubts.
From the first frame to the last the elapsed time is only 1.6 seconds, with the frames from him first locking up the front to his helmet hitting the ground being only 0.3. I believe in drag racing of you have a better reaction time than 0.4 of a second it is deemed illegal as it is physically impossible to have a reaction time faster than that. Correct me if i'm wrong. ____________________ Bikes: too many, too much for one man to maintain anyway. |
