Day got off to a bad start as me and Tim left the house. Someway along the M3 decided to check the directions we printed out. "They are gone." Gold medal to the einstein that said they would be safe in his front pocket doing 120+ on the motorway (I am probably that einstein.) Anywhoo, with a couple of calls to G we finally arrived at his place after around 2 hours of riding in cirles, squares and whatever other shapes you can think of.

We were quite late, about 40 minutes late to be precise so we set off to the paintballing arena fairly sharpish. A quick turnaround in a garage forecourt was our only setback but apart from that it was plain sailing to the centre.

We arrived, I got nekkid (leathers off) and we all got kitted out to play. We had missed the first game so they let us do a speedball round to ourselves (there was 9 of us) So that made it 5 blues against 4 reds. Damn reds won...I got raped in many places as the last person left.

The games went on and we were all on the same team for the remainder of the day (which made matters a lot funnier as I am sure Rob and Jim will agree in particular) for some strange reason, wherever we decided to rush, so did the powerangers in blue. These were the 'pr0' guys, although I found their only advantage was the fact their gun shot straight rather than the sideways shooting guns we had Very Happy

People got shot on the ass, people got shot in the face and people got shot point blank in the neck/back (Rob and Tim) overall, it was an excellent day and thoroughly enjoyed by all I think.

Hats off to G for sorting it all out etc and hopefully next time we can get more people from here (as I am sure it is much more satisfying shooting someone you know in the crotch rather than some complete stranger...then again, either is grand.)

It must be pretty tempting to hit someone with the gun if you get shot point blank in the nuts on purpose.

That doesn't tend to happen as a rule...lol. But god help the person who gets shot in the nuts...

Yeah, upon arriving home i managed to count 16 seperate bruises lol! The one on my neck looks like a full blown lovebite, and people are dubious when i say it was from a paintball!! My back does also look like a dot-to-dot puzzle......i think it looks like a girraffe Laughing .

Having not streched before running aound and baseball sliding like a loon, i still cant walk up/down stairs without almost falling over and uttering obscenities Twisted Evil

Those power ranger dudes had some awesome kit, but spending 800 odd quid on a paintball gun is just plane lame in my opinion. Plus when the masks were off they were both geeks, so all fear of them evaporated Laughing . Whilst their gun fired further straighter and more painfully, they couldnt fire round corners like my gun could! Middle Finger

Would like to say a big thankyou to G &co, for letting me and jim kip on your floor. Had an absolutely wicked time, and im looking forward to the next event.

To all of you that said you would come and didnt...........you missed out!

Would have happily let you in so you could have shot the cheating little fat kid! Cheaky bastard was blatantly rubbing the paint off, so i took great pleasure in shooting the crap out of him when i flanked the tubby git. Twisted Evil

As everyone as already said, thanks to G for organising it again. Thumbs Up

I had a great time albeit a little painful, but well worth it.

Shame on you people who didn't come, we had Sun all day long. Very Happy

Yep it was grand. Next time if we can get about 20 to come they said we can have our own games with each other so 10 on 10. As we all agreed it would be a lot more fun shooting people you know, especially when you can get revenge for the previous rounds of being shot. You can normally tell who is who by the camoflauge. I had desert storm style in a green area, whereas others had a sort of 'gay and proud' scheme. Was rather funny.

Ben, i believe your pink/olive/beige camo jumpsuit would have been classed as one of the two gay and proud schemes within the BCF group Laughing . G was the proud owner of the other one.
My classic green camo suit still made me look gay though, as none of the front butons would close, so it looked like i was trying to flash my chest Embarassed

Thumbs Up to those that turned up.

I would have loved to have got involved with this one, I love these sort of events....BUT post accident, I still cannot run, and am classified as disabled...so it aint gonna happen.

I could however, do some go karting or something where I dont physically have to exert my bod.

And that all depends when & where....

But good on you for organising what sounds like a great event, G.
