Insurance Section

I know it sounds daft but i think it could work.
The section could involve
General enquires about certain bikes at certain ages
Claims, Advice.. how to etc
Prices, maybe get an excell chart going to compare.
Rate your insurance company, all be it down to a claim and the help you recieved, or just how bleedin' cheap it was!


Just an idea, lemme know your thoughts.

A sticky on claims and advice isn't a bad idea. An updated list of insurance companies would be cool too.

I think there are just too many variables to ever come up with a good price guide though.

Yeah true, sorry never thought of that.
Can not even do a rough guide because of areas where we live etc.

I leave my current job on bank holiday monday and got a couple weeks off so i'll give it a blast then.

May need some help, ive only limited experiance.
Currently go through a claim so i can talk about that.

Stick what you can together, then bung it up and ask for additions / corrections.

Sounds like a good idea, if you ask White Noise nicely he has a rather large list of Insurance companies on a spreadsheet

just a note, that spreadsheet probibly needs updating a bit as when i was phoning around for the ZX, some didn't excist

A few other of us have done spreadsheets as well.

Do a search for insurance and if you can be bothered to search through all the crap there's a few FAQ like threads out there.
