My next bike

Hi all after passing my test a few weeks ago i am looking for a new bike.
Im 18 so it will be restricted and im looking to spend about 2k

I would like something Torquey to practice wheelies and dont want to pay a fortune for insurance

my list is as follows :-

Fazer 600
SV650
Bandit 600
Hornet 600
or some kind of thumper

hmm,i'd say the best wheelie machine out of the list would be the sv as its a v twin
