No, but you'll be able to get a cheap 04/05 plate model.

There was about a dozen of them in the bike shop I went to in Doncaster the other week when I got my leathers. Obviously over stock and trying to clear them. They were all the same Red/Black.

Always a goodtime to buy an new 'old' bike when the latest model comes out.

Glad to see they've gone back to the orignal R1 color scheme. Personally i think the R1 and R6 range after 99 look really pish but this brings them back in-line with the rest of the pack.

What's that ram air looking entry below the headlight on one side? It looks a bit odd.

The stubby exhaust going to be a feature of the '06 sports 600 bike range?

Lets it down in my opinion, the rest looks smashing but reminds me too much of those 125scooter exhausts with the tiny hold in the end if you ask me.

I think the front end is not too dis-similar to the Aprilia RSV-R Factory!

I can't wait to see what the aftermarket exhausts end up looking like!

I'd also love to see a better indicator/licence plate holder, something closer to the rear end and smaller!

I still don't understand why they haven't started putting the main 'can' componant of the exhaust system under the engine (inside the belly pan) and having a slightly longer pipe on the exit side of this can, so as to look just like a GP exhaust system, but with the road legal element stashed away!

I've seen a home made jobbie on a CBR600RR, completely gorgeous! The exhaust exited under the seat, straight out the undertray, no can and a formed pipe straight up and out of the belly pan! Was awesome!

I don't like it.

The plate hanger's probably based on the same logic as the ridiculous one on the new speed triple - you have to have a piece of bodywork extending past the rear wheel. Of course, someone'll be straight out with a 'better' one that doesn't.
