Heard good reports about the Diablos and the 014's don't know about the others. I've still got on Pilot Sports but will be changing in the winter.

The 014 are great but the pilot powers are apparently better in the wet. Read this in a mag article.

Was thinking of the powers as my oem's on the R6 need changing before the full British winter sets in next week

Nothing like the same tyre, but I have Pirelli Dragons on my bike and they are amazing, they stick from cold. However they do not like motorway miles and square off far too easily for my liking.

Not sure how much longer they are going to last me...they've been on the bike for about 2000 km. Confused

I guess it depends what you are intending to use your bike for. If you know you haven't got to do lots of straight miles then go for the Diablos, if they are anything like as good as the Dragons then you'll have no problems.

014s seem to be getting a lot of reviews and good stuff said about them - may try them myself some day.

Remember to try out the 120/70x17 tyre fitment (instead of 120/60x17 standard fitment) - I've heard it's an improvement over the stock setup (and something Yamaha should have done in the first place).
