the logistics of the test is crap but the idea behind it is good! they need to think of a better way of assessing perception, but as it stands i think it is a bit of a pointless exercise that fails a lot of compitent drivers/riders and makes money for the DSA by them failing, but even with going through the process you are having to think in a way to consider "is that car going to pull out on me!"

The hazard perception is a load of ballocks. I know I spotted every hazard and clicked for every hazard in good time and every time something changed. I didn't miss a single one, and saw them all in good time. I scraped through by one mark. I'd been riding a little over a year at that point, and the hazards were almost all painfully obvious and impossible to miss.
Yet I only just passed?  ____________________ I must not be a troll...
