Right just got to fitting my mates can to my r6 after alot of swearing for some strange reason it wasnt going on. Now it sounds sweet as hell. Now im wondering what next dont want any thing tarty maybe some more carbon fibre stuff.

I have about $200 of funds to put to my next mod. Recomendations.

Also isnt it satisfying when you blow away a $25,000 harley LOL why would you spend that much on a big horrible bike.

Not sure how easy it is to find track days in the US, but I'd do one of them if you can.

Will make your bike go a whole lot faster by the end of it Smile.

Track days look amazing fun. Me and my mate are looking in to them for next year some time with college and every thing we gotta structure round that.

Go you! Lol.. all I was trying to point out is that everyone who rides does so for different reasons regardless of how much money they have to spend doing so!

Very Happy i find them pointless, yes there comfortable but here in NC thats all they ride is big awful harleys and choppers. The guy i bought my r6 from was suprised some one was interested. theres like 300 sports bikes to like 7,000 cruisers, choppers, and harleys. Plus they sound awful. AND why do they ignore you you can wave to them say hi stick your thumb up and they ignore you on your "rice burner" "crotch rocket" etc

And of course there more to biking than speed. Like getting your knee down Very Happy beating your mate in a race. I get a better adreniline rush from riding fast/quick than polishing and a top speed of 75mph.

It isn't all about adrenaline either. Just going out on blasts isn't the be all and end all. I enjoy maintaining and fixing my bike almost as much as riding it, but then I am supposed to be an engineer or something.

Exhaust sound is subjective. I for one went weak at the knees when a Fat Boy with straight through slash cut pipes set off past me from a meet last Tuesday. You could feel the sound, pulses bouncing off your legs and rippling your trousers. Cool

Im sorry i dont meen the speed is every thing. Theres the taking care of her. But people with harleys seem to be a$$ holes they never talk to you or nout.

I personally would never own one. Some of those choppers with the big stupid handel bars suck hard.

buy a fuel purge kit and link it into the exhaust pipe. A 12 foot flame should teach the chopper boys a few things. Either them or the next idiot in a fast and furious style mx-5 rice machine. Sorry, thats "miata" where you come from.

Saw general lee in liverpool not so long ago being used to promote dukes of hazard. Strikes me as a car that demands respect from the driver. Still rather have a bike tho, more performance for your cash.
