Looks like there will be other things there too - a supermoto track, and a different offroading thing as well.

I don't actually think there is anything I want this year, just a good opportunity to see the new bikes. Anyone wanting leathers etc it's a good place to be able to try on all the different makes etc so you have a better idea of what you want even if there isn't an especially good deal on at the NEC.

Just a thought - is anyone planning a ride/meet to the NEC for any charity. I notice the Children In Need appeal is set for Fri 18 Nov this year.

NEC was shit lastyear, slightly better the year before, and almost good in '02. Every year everything gets more expensive and tacky, same expensive tat you can buy anywhere at double the price you'd pay anywhere else. Only stand that are always good for bargains is Busters who always give me a half price screen. Spent most of lastyear just talking to one of the Paramedics, filling in a survey on exactly what I thought of the show and trying to find my way out.

I may go if I get some free tickets.

My girlfriend thinks we're going to Birmingham on the 5th Nov for a shopping weekend.... Rolling Eyes Laughing

How much are tickets? I'll be going on the last day, as I've heard that's when most bargains are to be had, or possibly on the 5th instead. Depends how I feel. Anyone else going from around Manchester?
