since i been quoted 892 quid from a insurance company on a Honda VFR for TPO (for 17 years old) my quest is to find the cheapish insurance company. (online of course)

so my question is what the cheapish instant online bike quoter?

also what insurance price differance will there be over a restricted (33bhp) R1 and a Honda VFR (IF there any differance)

yes theres loads but there normally not correct and more expensive than calling up 17yo 1 years no claims on a thundercat online £1200 phone £490

As said already get on the phone.
Grab a copy of MCN and call every insurance company in it. It will take time and be boring but should be worth it in the end.

It doesn't matter if it's restricted or not it's a 1000cc maybe it does if you phone but havn't seen none online with this option of saying it's 33bhp.

Where did you get that quote for the vfr, It's a good quote for you're age!

Erm i got a quote for £1800 tpft at H & R insurance, For a rvf & i've had 3 claims in a F area not garaged & tight on the excess, This is good for me Embarassed

I love my insurance price. £174 quid for the year TPF+T for as 600cc bike.

I guess being 30 has it's bonuses.. Wink
