https://img366.imageshack.us/img366/1230/sbr86190704079gd.jpg

AS it is having its MOT i aint had it for a while but for the few days i did have it which were really fun i couldn't tell how fast it was due to the spedo not working Crying or Very sad .

It is a 2001 model and the man who i got it from said it was stock so how fast do u think it will go cuz different places on the net say differnt things. Has anyone got a bike like mine who cud tell me first hand Question

My second question is does the riders weight affect anything in terms of speed i am just under 10 stone Question

Any feed back wud be cool

My RESTRICTED NSR can get 80mph (so don't know where you got that 75mph top speed figure from Misc). De-restricted the NSR should hit 100mph tops.

Alains from this forum has a fully derestricted NSR that has done 100mph. Search the workshop for his posts on NSR derestriction. Thumbs Up

My nsr is fully derestricted and it does about 98mph top speed not amazing but quick enough and they are easy to derestrict as well.

Welcome to the forum, yeah for sure weight is going to make a big difference especially on a 125. I weigh 14 stone and just manage to get my Yamaha TW 125 up to 70mph. someone of your weight would get there much quicker and maybe pull an extra 5ph out of the bag.
