Why do my headlights do this!?

Hi all my Rs 125 headlights totally suck!
On full beam they where about 3-4 meters infront of my bike , so... i higherd them up so they are like 7-8 meters but now they bounce about like mad really badly bouncing up and down every time i hit a bump
coming home tonight i nearly came off on every corner as my lights just bounced up and down.

Anyone know what is causing it or how i can fix it?

Sounds like the adjuster has come away from the reflector. They usually pop back in, perhaps you over adjusted it ?

Is it the lights themselves that are bouncing, or is it your front end? Bike lights always 'jump' a little bit anyway, it sometime looks like they're flashing you.

its definatly my lights only started doing it since i ajusted them ive lowered them down a touch so i guess ill see tomorrow or something

Yeah take off the cover and give 'em a wiggle, it should be apparent what's wrong. If you can't figure it out, wing it down to a shop, it will be a 2 minute fix.
