Went to the page today, and some a*sshole hackers have slapped their logo all over it and stopped access, check it out!

hardly "owned the box" he changed the footer message to be his defacement.
That's not "owned" that's a script-kiddie exploiting a poorly patched PHP-Nuke installation.
these "hackers" give proper hackers a bad name!
really pisses me off.
but then.. a decent sysadmin woud have patched and secured the site properly.
disable stylesheets and it works fine, apart from the crap at the bottom

A ZXR owners site got hit a couple of weeks ago. Maybe this is Clarksons revenge - a new show hitting our screens next Spring.
And next week - we drive the new F60, and crash www.gixer.com

Agreed. Probably someone guessed a password and pasted a bit of code into a template.
On the bright side it's an easy fix. |
