The rear shock on my 86' BMW K75S has expired. I'm looking at an alternate unit to the original shock. Has anyone out there used Hagon shocks ?

I live in South Africa and the range of alternate brands is very limited.

Cheers

Hi

Hagon shocks are a good workman like shock. Not a flash race style shock, but designed to work solidly and be rebuildable.

All the best

Keith

Thankx for the feed back.
Info I've had from another forum sez they are OK but won't last too long hauling a load like I regularly do.
BUT if they are now re-buildable that makes them a possibility.

Cheers
Malcolm

They will be better than the ones they were fitting to boxers 20 years ago. The black painted springs rusted pretty quick on the last ones I got (this doesn't affect function though), maybe the chrome option would be better?

Stinkwheel, it is a K series so would have a single shock.

All the best
