Does anyone know of any cheap courier companies that deliver motorbikes? I searched on google but with no luck

search 'delivery' under motorbikes on eBay, there are companies all over the place on there.

A stupid idea but just might work.

Pretend the bikes already yours, oh dear its broken down, get the AA to come and pick it up!! lol

That actually might work, pretend you're on holiday up there. However they might be a bit confused as to why it starts with the push of a button...

..if you know what you're doing pull something out that will slot back in easily, neglect to tell them this, and see if you can get back. We got driven 300 miles by the RAC when our car broke down in Wales.

Can you (or parents) not rent a van and drive it up? I did this to collect mine, and it cost around £60, as opposed to the £200 it would have cost me if I had it delivered.

The biggest problem with that is the time factor, not sure if I'd be able to nake time to do it and taking a day off work would means losing a lot of money.

Haven't found any cheap so far, so may have to settle for a local bike

If you do a search on Ebay under 'Motorcycle Delivery' about 5 different companies come up.
