The race was particularly cheap because it's not a championship race and is on the smallest track.
So £95 for the weekend. (£125 for 'normal' racing here or £235 for the most expensive track)
Using race scrub I'd expect to pay about £50 for the tyres for this size bike. New tyres starting at about £170, then selling them on for 50-80 depending on how knackered you've got them (I've sold tyres that I've only done 4 races on for £80, while those I've done 4races + 6 practice sessions for about £65.
Normally a practice day would be £100-150.
Petrol would be between £20 and £75, depending on how much you use a generator and how much you use up on the practice day.
Diesel £40 in this case, often more.
I did this weekend (apart from buying the bike) pretty cheaply, as there was no practice and I used tyres that came with the bike.
The bike cost me £3100 and has come with a couple of spare sets of used tyres, spare fairings, tyre warmers and a few other bits.
It's definitely not cheap and I wouldn't reccomend doing it unless you've got loads of money or are started to get frustrated at trackdays (I found there's often not enough people to chase, which is the bit I like the best ). In this case I was mostly at the back, but could at least just about keep up with the backmarkers. You're obviously also not going to be getting great value for money if your lap times aren't similar to others racing, so until you can at least take corners as well as an average fast group trackday, it doesn't seem worth it unless you got lots of money and time to burn. |

I hope that wheelie was under red flags dictating the end of the race and not a crash! |
