Hi guys out there, I feel my message has not hit home. If you want to die ok but what about your friends and family who are left behind, don't they count ?.

We like all going fast me most of all if I need ultimate speed I go on track days then you see if your any good, but on the public highways, a non starter, anyway what about the people that scrape you off the road, they have enough to do without silly buggers throwing there lives away.

A bit disappointed with the "attitude"

Do you think people on here need reminding by a random person? Every single person on this forum knows the dangers of riding a bike, and safety tips, features and equipment are covered very often on this forum.

TBH people probably aren't taking the attitude you would like because you're being so condascending.

The two pics in your 'stop read this' thread don't work, other than that I haven't seen you say much on the matter. So a few people saying 'but we can't see the pics' isn't terribly representative of 'the attitude' is it?

I would say every person on here who has been a biker for more than a few years has known somebody die on a bike...or in a tree...

do you know how many times i have had people preaching to me about bike saftey etc.

I dont think that i or anyone needs another lecture from some stranger about peoples attitudes to riding, to me its all a calculated risk and i think that it is for everyone else too.

Every biker knows the risks and dangers in biking, and each and everyone has accepted them. The only thing you can do is ride safely and use protective gear. If it's your time to go, it's just your time.

When a biker dies, the phrase I always hear is:

'Least he/she died doing something he loved'
