Not this again, this was beaten to death about a year and a half ago. Use the search function and find a user called AndrewSobell2004 (I think that's his forum name).

By the way, you may want to get your facts straight, the Freedom Of Information Act only applies to public authorities e.g. Local Government, Police Forces etc..[/url]

Although independant businesses are also governed by the data protection act 1998 which gives customers the right to (at a cost and at written request) view any and all information the company holds about them

Buyer Beware doesn't hold up very well in court, I should know, it was dismissed completely when someone tried to use it against me with a judge. Cool
