Wouldn't fancy having that rear tyre on in the wet.

I'm sure the MT-01 is already in production though.

I live with the Vmax rear tyre in the wet... so that looks like a big improvement to me!! Very Happy

The MT-01 doesn't do it for me... nice bike but not for me

D'you know of any bikes with a similar meaty engine, good looks and high rear end like this MT-0s?

Karma Karma Sorry anyone out there,,, but I wanna stay away from H*rl*ys ... and the Buell isn't that just one with just too much plastic bits for me? Hey, I'd love a go on a Buell but just look at the MT-0s... It's better lookin and more evil than a black Vmax.... It even has the fake air scoops ... (I think <lookin harder at the picture>)

PS am not slating the Buell they sound absolutely amazing and have a cool fuel system (Isn't it built into the frame!!)

Anyways back to the plea for more info on the MT-0s

Thumbs Up

A Buell is NOT a Harley. It's chassis has nothing to do with that of Hardley's and the engine is very far removed from that of Harleys. I beleive the engine casings may be the same, but everything else is very different. They are also air-cooled V-twins, thats about it.

Buell, too much plastic? The Buell has a considerable less amount of plastic than the equivalent Jap bike.

The MT-0S is a concept bike made by Yamaha (probably GK design in Holland actually, which is a Yam subsiduary) and therefore anything that isnt the same as the MT-01 will be a one off piece. This bike will never be made.

THe Moto-Guzzi Griso is also similar. Air-cooled Vtwin with a sporty/quirky chassis/styling.

Nor particularly. The bike weighs a fair bit doesnt rev much and is an air-cooled push rod V-twin with relatively large pistons. A Buell will be quicker in a straight line. Wink Even the 1litre version.

ZX400er eat your heart out!

It looks a bit like it's been modded for drag racing, very American.

This weeks MCN has a double spread on the bike, i agree i think that the mt-0s is a sweet bike and i would be the first in line to get one (if only i had my full licence)

I like the MT-01 aswell, but i think this looks better, its sort of a MT-01/Triumph speed tripple hybrid.

Glad someone else likes it
