Soo pissed off!!!!!!

Was VERY VERY VVEERRYY excited to go and leave a deposit on monday for a GSXR400 with corona paint job. but then when we got there my dad said it was...

A - too big for me
2 - To powerfull for me

BUT ERM HELLO....NO ITS NOT

so i became very pissed off about that!

then i he said he might allow me on a geared 125 (or any 125) i sat on a LSR125 and i felt it was too skinny and small for me! (Yes im a big lad!!) So im not happy with that. and i dont want to get stuck on another moped / scooter again.
Today i baught myself a Streetfighter magazine and saw a 17 year old with a Bandit 250, and i cant stop looking at 250's now So i gotta try and convince my dad tog et me one.
If i had the money i would have baught a bike by now!!! and i am so crazy about bikes!!!! when everyone was reading about Spot the Dog i was reading a Bike mag And i cant stand not having a bike. I thoguht waiting 16 years was loong enough!!! now i cant stand 1 minit without having a biike Why do my parents have to bee soo annoying?
They have offerd me to pay for my car test but ive refused I cant stand cars! I NEED A BIKE ASAP

dude i got a zxr400 at 17, its a pussy cat trust me nice and smooth, not too heavy. my mum was like that at first but come on keep nagging for a week or so and they soon give in..

Nah man push for it! I say if you have experienced the scooter/moped already then its time to move up in the world. if you dad doesnt want you to move up to fast, then get a cc above you previous bike and see if he agrres by that.

such as if you had a 50cc then get a 125cc or if it was 125cc get 250cc.

I was thinking of going from a 70cc to a 400cc but my dad and my boss agreed i was jumping the gun a bit. But what do you expect when your dad used to ride bikes, and when your uncle still does. And your 17 year old cousin rides 600cc dirtbikes or whatever he gets his hands on(he does not live int he UK btw!)

i am honestly tryign to save my dad hius money too instead of buyin 2 different bikes befor i hop onto a 400

If your paying for it then buy what you like, if your parents are buying it then be grateful they even consider a geared 125, nothing wrong with that. Take the car lessons and the smaller bike, you'll be grateful later.

How old are you? Am I right in saying your planning to go from a ped to a 400 sportsbike?

Im 17 in December, and i have some training boioked for me to show him i can hande bikes. Planneing on bookign my test for december the 6th when i turn 17 aswell

Err, as a learner you can only ride a 125 in the UK. Anything other than that is about as legal as flying a plane without lessons.

i whent from a tuned rs50 around 12hp ish to a cbr4 about 60 (ish) hp at 17

an look, i stil got all my limbs!!,, 1 , 2, 3, 4, ,,,,,,5

wnt do you any harm aslong as you dont have cerebral palsy in the right hand

I went from errrrrrrrrr nothing straight to a 140bhp ZX10b although i did have a 50cc moto-X when i was 10........also had my car/ truck licence for 12 years and so gained some road craft.

Its not the power that will kill you, its running out of tallent that does it!!

If your dad sais its too powerful then explain to him that it will have to be restricted to 33bhp anyway and therefore is not such a huge step, ride it for a week or so take them out and have full power
