I've noticed recently that there are a LOT more American 4-5 seater pick-ups on the road. These things are bloody enormous, the bonnets are almost level with my head.

I can understand a builder or tradesman having one of these but why do you see so many of them driven by mums on the school run? The 'Ganstas' in Streatham also love them, complete with spinner chrome wheels.

Is this just a case of mine is bigger and better than your normal 4 x 4 SUV?
