Hey,
Right have not ridden it for just over a week, and went to start her...... she fired up and ran for like 6-7secs and died. I thought wtf its in a garage so there cant be any thing messed with. Tried again same thing. Tried again after that and it will just turn over nothing else. Its a brand new bike so im kinda  I cant think me and a mate have been looking over it for the past 3 hours to no luck.
Its still under warrenty so i called them and they cant do any thing till tuesday  cant ride it but....you know its a 2005 bike i haven't had it that long i haven't ragged it im still running it in. What could be the problem?
Went to mess with the track bike been sitting 3 weeks fire right up ran like a dream  Its a 2001 and no problems Im not sure what to say.
Once again any ideas ?

i assume ur putting the choke on 2 keep it alive? cause if its been sitting 4 a while its prolly COLD AS F**K like let it run 4 a bit then let it idle or is it not staying alive @ALL? even with revs?

Not even coming to life  And i tried the old throttle thingy but i didnt want to flood engine etc.
Its in our garage which is at the bottom of our house kinda half basement half garage and the garage is heated i guess as we have Air conditioning down stairs. so it cant be cold
Although i see what your saying  its metal

Give it loadsachoke
Put choke on nearly full, hit starter button without the throttle and it should fire up. Maybe backfire too  |
