25k Miles isnt a great deal of milage for a bike that is 8 years old...

I think a race rep paint scheme would have an affect on your insurance, as it makes the bike more disirable to pikeys. Who think the fast looking colours will make them invisible to people when, well, piking it. Also it may be like the "Big exhaust on your nova" jobby, even thought it makes no difference to the cars performance, it gives the impression that your a bit of a "boy-racer-twat" in their eyes...

Saying that, plenty of people on here have a Race-Rep scheme.
