Just swapped my GS550 in for this as i was missing the fun of a 2T i jumped on it n nearly floated away... its weighs nothing in comparism to the things i have been riding... pretty scary really and i need to learn i do not have engine braking on it Laughing Laughing had a few moments when i thought i was gonna park it in the back of the car but via the medium of a rolling stoppie i stopped Cool Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

Nice bike, about 45bhp, TZR250 engine (assuming it's the 250). Parts a plenty on eBay. Should lift the front under its own steam without a problem.

Rock on.

this one is 1 or 2 teeth down on the rear sprocket so it needs that little bit of persuasion to get it up but its not hard just need to get the hang of a 2T again !! im continually forgetting bout not having engine breaking Laughing Laughing

PB love this bike to bits!
It set the fastest time through the vulcans part of their test track. I.e. faster than any other bike through the real twisty stuff

They're nice bikes to work on aswell. Keep an eye on the rear shock, depending how old it is, it probably has very little damping effect left.

TZR wheels pop up on eBay fairly regularly, and some renthal type bars are easily findable.

Nice bike, if you need any parts give me a shout, I've got 2 big boxes of TZR bits.

i have a pair of TZR wheels left over from a supermotard project i had Cool

Some spare engine stuff would be handy just to have for them "emergency moments" would even consider a whole engine to have some mild tuning carried out on Cool

I have one in the same colour, have removed most of the pink though- will post a pic. Mine has- TZR wheels with BT45's, DEP silencers, removed the front fairing and replaced it with a universal one. They are very nippy standard my front wheel lifts in 1st and 2nd just of the throttle. Sending my barrels of soon to get tuned and also putting a bigger sprocket on the back. Great fun bike's Thumbs Up Cool .

A really good fun and very useable everyday bike is the TDR. It's the most practical supemoto bike of them all, despite being a 2stroke twin. I was looking for either a KMX200,TS250X, or TDR250 about 18months ago, and i found a KMX first. But id have been more than happy with a TDR, as they are soo much fun for a small capacity machine!
