Hey all, I'm so tired today, and stuck at home I decided to rewire in my new rear light and put on my undertray. What a mistake, I expected a nice unplug/replug situation, but no, I had two different 3 way connectors. So i went over to halfords to get some spade connectors. I buy two boxes and go home. I get home, cut off the old adaptors and put on my nice new spade adaptors...

'Now to connect them...s**t!'

I only went and bought 2 boxes of female spade adaptors!

So, another trip over to halfords to pick up a box of male adaptors. I get home, and take off three of the females and replace them with male ones...

'Yay, they fit!'

Right, test the light works and all is ok. I then realise that there are 2 extra yellow wires...

'hmm... what are these for?'

So i come in and check the internet, only to find out that I now have incorporated indicators, so that was a bonus!

Now thats all connected, I want to fit the undertray, only to find out that I need to cut loads of the original one (which the last undertray was put over) to make the new one fit.

Evil or Very Mad

So now I have come inside to calm down, so I don't destroy my r6 with a hacksaw. Why do things always have to involve me cutting them to pieces? I think I'm going to get my dad to give me a hand next weekend to make sure I dont cut away too much!

Rant over, thanks people!!

Aaaaaahahahahaha....

You have to laugh really.

As you'll only cry about it. The amount of time it took for me to get my Powerbronze Undertray on my Hornet was incredible. Lack of instructions was something else. Needless to say, I will never buy a powerbronze item again.

Kinda useless too, without the little divided areas, stuff you put in there just bobs about everywhere. Totally useless. Crying or Very sad

P.S Mate, it took me 2 evenings to do mine, I had to resort to using a bunsen burner for an hour to hack away at some areas as the retaining paltes had rusted onto the screws that held it in place and it was impossible to get off. It seriously hacked me off, probably the angriest I've been full stop.

That's American. Razz

In case you don't know Noggin, the onlyrear lights I've seen with incorporated indicators won't pass an MOT (I assume this is to do with the indicators being part of it, not the rear light itself.)
