I've been trying to update my Avatar for almost 2 hours. But all I keep getting is...

Quote:
'Your postcode could not be translated into a map reference, please check it and try again'

Oh really?

So, all of a sudden, I don't live at the address you accepted when I first signed up for BCF anymore!

Nothing's changed on MY part.

Come on fella's. What's going wrong.

Removed Post Code and the Avatar now seems to work.

But, no-one now has any idea of what area of the Country I live in Sad

When your complaint form is received in triplicate along with your payment for bandwidth used to date, we will leap into action.

Don't play the "you don't pay for it so it doesn't matter" card!

If the service is advertised there then it should be working, regardless of how much anyone paid. :p

At what point did your common sence kick in then?

Laughing I had this but I don't consider it a major hindrance a long as it's not long-term, I don't plan any spontaneous rideouts in the near future. Razz Took me 10 minutes to figure out, it's not the system Old Geeza, it's your seniality! Rolling Eyes
