At the end of the course the knowledge is still useless unless someone has the proper equipment to do the spraying.

Considering that i recon the money is better spent on a decent compressor, spray gun ect, a set of 2nd hand plastics and some diy practice.

Plus possibly a £200 course at a local college to learn the basics.

I dont do any airbrsuhing (yet) but that snake on the front of that bike looks shit. Ive seen pictures before and it just doesnt look very good quality from the pictures I've seen.

Find a local commnity college that does airbrushing or go to your local sprayers. They should be able to point you in the right direction. Check local art-shops and ask if they can reccomend any local teachers.

And to me that seems VERY expensive.

learn to spray in 11 days? my arse, takes loads more practice,
I can teach people how to spray to a high standard,
ok so air brushing im not that good at, not got a decent airbrush
still if you wanna do stuff like that go ahead,, just gotta buy your own tools, own spray booth (or kitted out garage) then get planning permision and health and safty stuff and away you go

I live in darlington and ive been to see that guy one time. Real nice guy, he knew we were students so he just gave us advice on how to do it ourselves instead of taking out money.

Still, i wouldnt do that course, it would be cool but not at that price.

It does look good but a tad expensive. I would suppose that if you really wanted to get into it as a career then it would be worth it, especially if you could find some place that has all the gear in the first place.
