anyone watch this show on men and motors?

(bikers and their bikes get sent to LA for makeover/rebuild)

they've made some pretty smart bikes out of uninspiring heaps, a neat cafe racer out of an old gt850 suzy, a more off-road racy bike out of an africa twin and a smart streetfighter z650

but the one i saw today, they reached their limit - a plastic maggot cx - they binned it and bought the guy (a vicar!) a ducati monster instead

Seen it a few times. Last one I watched was a girl on a pink trike. The bikes are OK but don't rate the makeovers Very Happy

When i saw the guy get on his ducati i thought he was going to bin it. Laughing

He was so jercky and it was on grass, although the bike did look good.

I hope it was the 900 as the monster was designed for women, but the 900 is a bit more manly.

Thumbs Up

haha too manly a bike for them to handle, cx's have great potential to look nice with some work (lots of work), can't buy creative thought can you Sad
Mine looks nice I think although only about 30% of it is standard now (wheels, frame, engine).

I think they must have a good budget for each episode bout 40k which is a bit much compared to wheeler dealers who have a budget about 1.5k an episode
