Anyone know where I can get one of these? Or anything else I can buy to get rid of wind blast that isn't going to cost me too much? (Over £75, I'm selling the bike soon anyway hopefully)

If so, links would be appreciated! Smile

Thanks.

For a square headlight? You'd be pushed to find one. Were it a traditional round headlamp you could just get a generic one and fit that.

Bugger.

Well I'm not sure if I'm selling the bike for a while or not, but I really need wind protection! Smile

Seeing as the bike doesn't go fast enough for wind blast tiring you out to be a problem, do you use earplugs? If you're getting annoyed at the windnoise, earplugs are the cheapest, easiest option. They improve matters greatly. Thumbs Up

I wonder why they don't make full fairing kits for CG's Thinking Razz.

Honda already make one, the CBR125. Razz

Also I'd be intrigued to know if you can get screens for bikes with square headlights, as I wouldn't mind one on my CB450DX, which too has a square light! Smile

Surely you could just buy a £21 stanley H4 headlight then another £25 on a doube bubble wind shield from Hein Gericke and fit it to that? They come in clear or tinted.

May look slightly out of place on a cg125 but it works very well and to be honest, you'd probably get a better headlight too.

Then, when it comes to selling the cg125, you chuck both of them on ebay, the light probably getting £10 and the winshield £15-20.

Or you could get both off ebay ofr probably less than £30.

This is all assuming the headlight brackets can take the standard 7.5" diameter headlights. If so, I'd recommend going down that route toby.

Measure the width of the headlight, find an appropriate flyscreen(6", 7" or 8") and then bend the steel brackets if/as required to make it fit. Yeah there'll be a gap between the top of the headlight and the bottom of the flyscreen, but that shouldn't make too much difference really.
