Im getting hi level pipework from banditmania and a Carbon Can to fit, should i get a custom length can or will a standard length can fit? (I have emailed banditmania but they are at the NEC so they haven't replied!)

I'd keep your one just now until you get the pipe to see how it fits. Chanes are it'll be fine if it's something like a remus can or some other manufacturer that make high level link pipes to go with their exhausts.
