This isn't working for me, it did until a few weeks ago, i've tried it time and time again.

Try clearing your cookies folder...

Or alternatlivley, use Firefox Thumbs Up

open internet explorer and click on TOOLS on the toolbar then INTERNET OPTIONS then click DELETE COOKIES...now close internet explorer and start it up again.

Firefox is an alternative to IE...get it from mozilla.org

Don't leave your browser page hanging about on BCF or it will automatically log out for security. Then it should work.
