Sorry if there has been a post already.

Racing starts at 9:30 with the 125's, then the 250's and the Motogp starts at 12:30 on Eurosport.

Sete, Marco and Nicky lead the front row with Rossi back in 15th!! he had a spill today during the session but was able to jump onto his 2nd bike, but nothing was to come of it.

Im looking forward to it anyway!

That was bad luck for Gibernau.

Good rides from Melandri and Hayden.

Despite Rossi struggling in the practice sessions and qualifying he still got 3rd from 15th and closed the gap to the front two considerably with about six laps to go. I'm not taking away from any of the riders abilities, but looking at this season who else could have done what Rossi did after all that?

Rossi realy did pull out an amazing ride there Thumbs Up

I dont understand what the "lull" was mid-race though? otherwise maybe he could have chalenged the front two?

Realy bad luck for Gibernau, but sums his season up realy.

Amazing ride from Haydon, was realy imrpessed Thumbs Up

I didnt really understand Rossi slacking off when he got to third an had a big clear space to run in. I thought Melandri was excellent too, a well deserved win for him, patiently holding Hayden off all race.

Rossi though, the man's amazing. I saw an interview with one of the other (backmarker) racers before the start, and when asked about his chances of beating Rossi (as Rossi was starting so far back), he just said, "I wouldnt be surprised if he won...hes not human". Shocked

When you push the bike that hard in so few laps, the tyres take a real pounding. If he'd kept up the pace he would of had problems in the last third of the race. This is one of the reasons he was running a harder compound on the front.
