What could you use for a whitewall?

I don't really want to buy new tyres as mine are all good with them already on so I was wondering if it could be done with some masking and some kind of paint? Any suggestions what paint would be best? Can you buy white hammerite?

my mate did it with household emulsion it lasted longer than i thought it wd but i cant remember how long. several weeks though
