On my bike the rear brake.

When you press the foot brake down it stays down and doesn't come back up.

How could i fix this.

On a cg125.

Back wheel in the air, spin the back wheel as you tighten the adjuster. Keep going until the wheel stops & then back off the adjust just enough to free the wheel.
Does the lever now return?

this is in the owners manual haynes manual, if you havent got one i'll bring mine in tomorrow and scan the brake pages for you.
