Looking at the seller's feedback rating (which is very high) I would say genuine. He is also a 'powerseller' which is not something ebay give out lightly.

Chances are his excuses are real enough as paintshops the world over are always slow.

i looked at his feedback and amongst teh good stuff was this

I reckon he might advertise stuff on ebay he doesnt have and then buys it elsewhere to sell on once he has an order and cant always get it as quick as hed like.
