Not sure about the front, but the rest looks great. At least it isn't as ugly as the Multistrada's. Karma

Love the detailing. But i have a slight suspicion that the designers may have taken styling cues from the honda FMX funmoto designers maybe?

Looks pretty.

Never heard them described as 'hypermotard' before, but like the name - in a similar vein to 'hypersports', which are more about all out power than actual sports bikes.

Only one I've seen that seems to have at all decent specs is the Highland:
https://www.highland-motorcycles.co.uk/newfiles/gallery12.html
166kg dry weight aint too far off some smaller single cylinder motards.

A while ago a company made a 1000cc ducati based air cooled bike with dry weight just over 100kg for sound of thunder. Obviously couldn't get it that low for a road bike, but could be interesting if they tried Smile.

I'd buy one, but it looks heavy, would rather blow the 7k on an svx Aprilia.

Looks nice but would prefer the (relative) practicality the Multistrada offered as I dont mind the looks on it. The bike probably works just as well in terms of performance for most as well, a little bit heavier due to different plastics I would assume.

If ducati have got any sense, the 'character' of the bike should be significantly different - ie much quicker steering and much more giving the feeling it /wants/ to be thrashed. There is the possibility to make it much lighter as well.

But then Ducati can usually sell on name and looks alone anyway Smile.

They've been making them for years, their self retracting sidestand put many on the floor Very Happy

Like the style, but has anyone considered how (un)reliable it'll be?

Very Happy Thumbs Up

Beautiful designing, some nice materials I expect, with a nice price too.

I’d have one.
