Around 300-400 miles. I wasn't travelling or anything, I was just "cruising" around Mr. Green .

Most I've done in a day is something like 300 odd miles, and it killed me.

About 450 miles all A roads or worse

This summer I have set out early morning a few times from London to visit my little sister in west Wales but didn’t arrive till well after dusk nearly every time.

I just found it fun riding all the A and B roads west and avoiding the motorways and big towns like the plague way to much fun for my sore bottom to stop me.

Have to say one of my lest favourite long trips was just miles and miles of motorway mile munching its was wet windy and cold and miserably boring way to eat 200 miles even if it is relatively quick

The most I've done was 603.8 miles going to meet some other XJR owners in Wales, going on a ride out round the Brecons and then back home again.

Good day out apart from the boring motorway.

612miles in a day. From Worcester to Angers to meet up with some friends of my mates family, who had booked us into a hotel.
Lesson learn't that a ZX6R saddle isn't comfy for over 400miles, and neither is a cable operated clutch!

Prague to Swindon in 26hrs...on an MZ ETZ300. Brilliant bike - cruise at 65mph/3500rpm, do 85mpg, over 200 miles to the tank. Extremely comfortable.

630 miles - Gairloch to just south of Swindon. 13hrs. Again on the MZ.

750 miles from Darlington to South of France, 22hrs. VFR750.
