How easy is it to re-install the baffles once you've removed them?

They're held in by circlips, so relatively easy (as easy as circlips are if you don't fire them across your garage).

BlueFlame quality is crap though, I used to live near there, and have seen them in action, not worth the £200. (Extra information thrown in for free)

Mine isn't held in with circlips, just pulls in and out (it's stiff to get out but easy to get in.)

Quality isn't GREAT, had a few rivets fall out but replaced them and its been fine.

Right- hmmm.

I've ordered a second can anyway- that one i'll take the baffles out before i fix it and the other one can be my road can.

One thing i found out- the screw which attaches the 2 bits of the circlip to the............metal bit on the bike (technical terms here)-is a right b1tch the uscrew! Mad

Why people choose blue Flame over Remus, I don't know why...

As Jordan said, hard to push back in but will stay in place.
