I am selling my Suzuki GS500. Here are the details:

2001 (Y Reg)
14200 miles
Tax until end of April 2006
MOT until end of April 2006
Bike is in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Extras:

TCP elliptical fairing
Alphadot tagged
Remus exhaust
Motrax carbon tax disc holder
Motrax carbon bar ends
BT45 tyres front & back

Bad bits:

Fairing has a couple of cracks but are not really that noticeable
Some scuffing to the lower RHS fairing

Reason I am selling is I am in the market for a CBR600 so need the money to put towards that. Bike is in good condition. It has been a great first bike for me and a solid commuter.

I am looking for £1500 for it.

Pictures to follow...

I'm afraid not mate. I have no means of transporting it down there unless I rode it, and it's a hell of a long way back on the train!! Smile

That is the best looking GS500 I have seen to date.

Good luck with selling her, I'm sure you'll get your asking price for that beauty. Thumbs Up

Yeah I dunno Sad Although to be fair I have only put it on here and in MCN, and I forgot to put my location in MCN so that might have put people off Rolling Eyes

Hopefully have more luck on eBay, and I have started it off quite low at £1200.

The fairing on mine should fit on the older GS models AFAIK.

I think he means the fairing on the GS500F...

I dont think it does, because the handlebars are different on the F model for a start.

I havent looked into this, i should realy, but not right now as i have other things to do.

But no, dont think it will mate. If you fitted different bars of course, it could be a different story. Try www.gs500e.co.uk/forums , they know a lot Smile

Damn, when you first advertised it I was only living in Hitchin and could have done with just that!

Oh well! Glad you sold it!
