Most of us have one or have had one.

In mine, Foot pump, Tyre seal, spare gloves, Visor demist spray, lock, and small tool bag. any one got anything else or tips worth while that would end up saving a long walk home or otherwise?

dont have a topbox, but my tankbag has

waterproof bottoms,
torch with flashing amber beacon,
bottle of water,
tool kit,
a jumper,
side stand puck,
spare cable lock,
map of ireland in map case

No topbox, but occasionally carry panniers or some other luggage:

Spare spark plug, plug spanner, multi-bit screwdriver, spare brake light bulb, phone, latex gloves, sunglasses, jumper, inner gloves, wallet, Tuffmap, pad, pen and occasionally a cheap camera.

In the process of getting a topbox and rack for my ZX6R

had one on the bandit and they are sooo usefull.

Usually during a normal work day:

- Change of clothes
- shower gel
- Electric razor
- Towel
- Tooth brush and tooth paste
- Bungee cords x2 (damm usefull!)
- Map
- Laptop
- software disks
- D size battery torch
- spare D size batterys
- two cans of red bull
- two mars bars
- spare scarf
- spare gloves
- pain killers
- Lemsip
- emergency blanket (one of those silver fold up jobs)
- Disk lock
- Ipod (don't listen to it when riding).

That's about all of it today, but usually the wife asks me to pick something up from the shops en-route to home so there is some shopping in there to!

It's always aesthetics over practicality for me.

yeah, in mine i carry a fold up push bike, a complete set of tools, ranging from compressor to a welder. i also have a fold out work bench along with a spare tyre. i carry my phone and radio set just incase i get to far out. I have a laptop and about 200 games, oh and a tent if worst comes to worst. I dont have a top box but this all fits nicely undee my seat of my zxr.

Oh sorry realistically, erm a cargo net thats about it because its tiny. Not even a tool kit, i dont have one.

i've got some old gloves, and rucksack, some chain cleaner and chain grease, a few spare spark plugs and degreaser.

my top box sits in the cupboard at the end of the hall though...never used it on the bike.

I haven't got a top box on the ZZR but I did have one on my GS500. I took it off when I sold the bike, thinking I might want it one day. Was going to put panniers and top box on the ZZR but it looks ridiculous as they stick out so far, so won't be fitting any luggage at all.

I used to take change of clothes, handbag, shoes, sarnies, plastic carrier bag (incase something needs carrying or needs keeping dry); bike owners manual and Suzuki assistance stuff; and a chamois leather to wipe the seat when it had rained.

I carry a mobile phone, road side assitance details, a few quid and a credit card. Only need a pocket!

mutli-tool, with alan keys, and screw drivers
adjustable spanner
small roll of duct tape
tiny sharp knife
pair of pliers
spare indicator bulb
spare rear light bulb
bulldog clip
tube of super glue
small mag light torch, with spare bulb and battery

and on my bike key ring, I have a swiss army knife
