I'm not exactly sure what the law would state on it but i can't see it being exactly legal in the sense that it's not their property and they have no right to be on it. Stick a cover over it when at home and whenever possible anywhere else. They can't get on it if there's a cover on it unless they are real wankers and pull the cover off it. If they do that, then just go out and beat the crap out of them.

Just cover it up mate. It wont attract their attention so much when it's covered and i doubt they'll get on it if it's covered. Plus it'll keep your bike clean and dry

There was a thread recently about this and it is against the law to get on the vechile or move it. No insurance etc as you are in "control" of the vechile when you get on it. Report it to the police and they won't touch it again.

What ya do is find the biggest gobiest one, the one that thinks they are the pups nuts. Take em somewhere quiet and hurt them. I dont mean puch them, i mean bloody hurt them, break their fingers, hands whatever you well and then tell them if your ped gets touched, dont matter who by you well go for him again. Usually works.
Of course this is something i only heard and cant really condone such actions cause we all have rights blah blah blah.
