HI
Very bad, slow, prone to breaking down, lots of design faults, parts are a bitch to get hold of and are way too exspensive for what they are .
They also have lots of plasticy bits to break if you fall off.

Lmfao, where did you read that?
They are quicker than scooters, which at 16 is everything you need. They are not prone to breaking down at all, if they do it's because they haven't been looked after. Parts are easy to come by, next day delivery on most parts.
Brand new they are too expensive for what they are, find a decent 2nd hand bargain and your laughing.
I paid £1k for my rs about 14 months ago, since then i've doubled the milage on it and come off it 3 times, just about broke even when i sold it. Not sure of many other bikes on which you could do that. |

What costs more to replace? Fairing panels or engine casings?
The "faired bikes are bad first bikes" argument sucks.
The RS50 is a nippy nimble little thing, can run rings around a bad 125 rider (or a CG), and costs next to fcuk all to fix if you lob it and accidentally leave a couple of scratches on a black panel . ____________________ https://www.bikepics.com/members/nsrandy/96rs250/ My Bike!
