Write to Honda UK. It cost about £30. I had to do this when I put my old NSR250 back on the road.

Do a search for Honda UK and get the customer services phone number off there, give them a call to confirm the price.

Thumbs Up

George of Classic Srevices is very good, and recognised by all the UK insurers. Give him a ring for prices, I have no idea what he charges.
