Certainly would If I could remember the washer size.

Do you still have one I could use to get some more washers?

Nnnnope.

You talking about the overall diameter of the disc or jsut the hole?

Think they were about 4.5-5cm diameter with a ~1.5cm diameter in the middle were they not

Dodsi will draw you up a certificate if you like? Means just as much as FI's certificate! Laughing

I went to a lot of trouble taking lots of pcitures for the er5 restriction/derestriction, so I won't be having you chicken out!!! You're doing it yourself!!!! Very Happy So easy!!

Plus the only way you'll get proof of it being 33bhp this way is if you get the bike put on the dyno and tested to show it only produces 33bhp Smile

Hello everyone (Dodsi in particular...), I have a bandit and really should have a restrictor kit but im 17 and still at school and 150 squids is a lot for me, (hahaha). Can you make/aquire a kit for my bike? its the Suzuki Gsf400V model, would be great if you could but not to worry if you can't, thanks a lot.

Only If I can have a look at an origional then I could probably aquire one. But I had an official kit for a bandit 600 which I gave away. and the official kit on my old ER-5 was piss easy to replicate.

I dont make these kits, but can buy the correct fitting washer for an ER-5 purely from fluke and nothing else.

Depends what the insurance say, if they want a official certificate and he gives them one written out by a mechanic it may not stand up, I had to check with my company (carole nash) and they were fine about my scribbled note Thumbs Up
