I had one, it melted to the exhaust. I never went past the redline ever.

On a serious note, what do you mean by an R&G Ex, protector?

Do you mean those small things about the length of half your forearm, that clip to the bottom of your end can and go like 3/4 of the way round the outside of it?

Forgive my stupidity if this is infact what you mean, but Taz motorcycles in Peterborough had a bin in the accessories shop with them in for about £19.99 i think mate. Had a few of them, not sure if they still have them or not though...

Will do sir, dont think they are open until january now tho? I could be completely wrong, ill have a nose about because this town was filled to the brim with them only 2 weeks ago.
