Many months ago we had a 50cc and 125cc thread were people could post there pics of there first Motorbike/scooter that they learned on while on "L" plates. Now lets see your first "Big bike" that you went on too after passing ethier your A2 or DAS etc.
Size does,nt matter as long as it bigger than a 125cc 
I brought my 1991 Kawasaki ZZR250 a week after passing my A2 test, at that time l was very cautious of my 33bhp restriction and though it would be a good idea to get a small 250cc bike to start on and then more up on to a more powerfull bike, so l got rid of the CX500 that was given to me months before (ugly heavy bike), and brought the ZZR250.
l only had the ZZR250 for a few months but even now l still think it was one of the nicest bikes l,ve ever owned.
 custom stainless steel twin exhaust system (fooking loud)
full engine re-build before brought it
Massive tank range (250 miles+)

I passed my Test on 4th May 2005 aged 17 and 5 days old. Got straight onto a restricted Bandit S, never looked back. Especially when insurance was only £300 TPFT. 
This thread inspired me to take some new photos, the only photos of the bike with my new Carbon Can Co exhaust on it.
