I'd steer clear of the cbr (rr being made for dwarves and the f swallowing fuel from it's pitiful sized tank)

Would prefer the RR over a GSXR but the GSXR over any f model.

Depends on how big you are. The gsxr600 comes up bigger than the cbr.

I'd rather have a middle aged CBR600 F, something like this:

than a GSX-R. Dunno why I would, but there's something simply unappealing about the Gixxers. It's probably that they're almost all blue and white and haven't changed in much other way than a number after a 'K' for 10 years or so. I am odd too, I'd certainly much rather have a Speed Triple than an R1. Laughing

Worth it for the look on every pointy bike rider's face when you whup their ass on your ageing 'sports tourer'.

Besides, GSXRs are fugly and I don't like the exhaust on the RR. Smile

Also with a race fairing it's more difficult to distinguish between the cbr600f and the cbr600rr

CBR anyday. I'm a Honda man at heart and think highly of finish and build quality, as well as real world performance and comfort over a variety of conditions. I bet once cleaned, the CBR will come up like new as well.

well as you can see from my pic i went for the CBR600FY 2k model, enough power to do what i want and i am 6 FT 3" its not the biggest of bikes but i like it alot.

I used to like the GSXR until I saw the carparks at many bike shows and there was rows upon rows of them, all in blue and white!

I love my CBR, I think honda knocked it together pretty well, but thats not important as Im going the other end of the scale and getting an Aprilia for the summer.

If your a fashion geek or a stereotype go for the gixer! Laughing
