mmmm nice, glad you got the R+Gs on there, i really need to get a seat cowl, cant take the pillion pegs off though as exhust is connected to it Mad wont be taking pillions till spring i think! Need to get a tail tidy aswell as my shovel on the bike is starting to annoy me!!

The DB make much difference at high speed?

Yeah, it works much better than the one on my old bike. I took the bike to well over 160 (on the speedo) and the buffeting was minimal. Definately recommend getting one if you're going to pile on the miles Thumbs Up

Yea mines meant to have one but too tinted so you cant see though it and over 110mph it gets really drafy, got it to 120mph so far was way too drafty, saw Dom's when at boxhill and think ill get one like his, looks like it much better at high speed. Thumbs Up

Anything else you plan to do joe? is the scorpion just can or full system?

The Scorpion is just the end can. Don't really need a full system, the money would be far better spent on trackdays.

I want to get some HEL braided brake lines, and a spare set of plastics. Either some cheap race fairings or some crashed road fairings ready for trackdays.

Then maybe one day some luggage and a Tom Tom Rider and set off into Europe Thumbs Up

lovely bike - i always prefer genuine accessories like the cowl and screen!! look better in my opinion!!

you can easily get away with cheaper stuff like a hugger because it will get shitted up.

R+G's are sensible!!!

will always keep the used price better slightly too i reckon using genuine accessories!!! Thumbs Up

i got basically the same stuff on my R6 - genuine single seat cowl, D/B screen and R+G's too.

R&Gs bend to prevent further damage. Instead of bending the bit the bolt goes into the R&G bends.

R&Gs are for low speed/stationary drops

So would you rather not have them then R4nger?

i droped the SV shortly after buying it and thanks to the R+Gs i got a little scratch on the bung (£10 ish to replace, not that i need to) and the tiniest of scratches on the fairlowers, would have f*cked the whole side without them, there not desighed for high speed
