Hi
I presume you mean the pinch bolts on the yokes. Is it just the heads chewed up or have they been crosss threaded?
Chewed heads make the bolts a pain to get out, but a professional mechanic should be able to do it. Crossed threads make it easy for them to come out, just impossible for them to stay in play. This can repaired with some kind of helicoil.
