aparantly to get a certificate saying howmuch no claims i have, i have to cancel the policy!

i have 2 years no claims with my 125, and bennetts want proof of this to use on my cbr, so the asked me to send them proof of no claims. when i phoned up my insurer for the 125, they say i have to cansel the policy befor they will send me the no claims proof!!

does this seem right to you?
